Do you have extensive Procurement experience having worked as a Purchasing Manager or similar with a proven track record of success and a broad depth of experience in a medium to large organisation.
We are recruiting for a Sourcing Manager to join our Team in Swindon on a Part Time, 3 day a week basis.
Within this brand-new role, we are looking for someone to be the main point of contact for all internal Procurement engagement requests, this could include any direct or indirect spend. It is not necessary to have a Truck Background, but similar Industry experience would be advantageous.
As part of the role, you will be required to report on multiple KPI’s as well as being able to provide Training on procurement processes and systems to internal Stakeholders. No Managerial responsibility is necessary, it is a small Team, but a wealth of experience is, you should be CIPS Qualified or Degree educated, have used various technologies such as SAP / ERP systems.
We are looking for someone that is able to build up strong and lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You should be adaptable and willing to work together as a team, particularly as we embark on this new journey to engage and educate our managers about the effectiveness of working with their procurement partners in future.
