Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Notting Hill. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu and specials planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of culinary standards, delivering daily briefings, adhering to food safety regulations, and training junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining culinary excellence
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to control costs efficiently
- Leadership skills and experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
