Join the Spa team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane! We are looking for a passionate and experiences Spa Supervisor to join our talented team.
The Role
As Spa Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of our Spa. You will oversee a team of Spa Receptionists, Attendants, and Therapists, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and support the Spa team across reception, therapy, and attendant functions
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager to implement procedures and drive continuous improvement
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
What You Bring
- Previous supervisory experience in a luxury Spa environment is essential
- Background in either Spa reception or therapy (ideally both)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- The right to work in the UK

Schedule And Hours
This position requires full flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. This will be a 40-hour contract.
