Position: – Special Needs Assistants (SNAs) x3 different term time only contracts
Salary: (Scale 4), based on experience and agreed working hours per week.
Hours of work: 30.00 hours per week (8:45am – 3:15pm),
16.25 hours per week (12.00pm – 3:15pm)
21.25 hours per week (8:45am – 1:00pm
Contract Term: Permanent-Term time Only
Closing Date: Tuesday, 8th July 2025 at 9am

Start date : 1st September

The Willow Primary School is a mainstream inner-city primary school and Children’s Centre with an inclusive ethos, sharing a site with The Brook Special School. Based in the heart of Tottenham, North London, we have a committed and hardworking staff team who play an active role in driving schoo improvement, and ensuring our children always enjoy the best of what we have to offer.
We are looking to employ two SNAs permanently, and one on a fixed term contract to August 2026(with the possibility of extension).
You Must Have
- Education to NVQ Level 2 in learning support/early years, NNEB or equivalent qualification/experience
- Behaviour Management – To understand and implement the school’s behaviour management & anti-bullying policy
- SEND – Ability to understand and support children with developmental difficulty or disability
- Teamwork – Ability to work effectively and positively with a range of adults
You Must Be
- Someone who uses their initiative well.
- Is flexible with shifts and hours.
- Able to work within a team, working with parents/carers, staff, as well as building great
relationships with children.
- You must have very good verbal and written skills.
