This pivotal role is for a data-driven individual passionate about uncovering insights that drive performance across our commercial teams. You will analyze data from our technology stack to generate actionable recommendations for our enablement programs.

Sitting at the intersection of data and commercial enablement, this role heavily emphasizes using automation and AI to provide predictive insights and scale our enablement efforts. You will be the data backbone of the team, ensuring our training initiatives are targeted, effective, and measurable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from our commercial technology stack to identify performance trends and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the wider enablement team and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track commercial KPIs and measure the impact of our enablement programs.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and explore AI-powered tools to provide predictive insights.
  • Collaborate with enablement program managers, using data to help refine our training and coaching programs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.
  • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and Power Query.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to build insightful and user-friendly dashboards.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, distill key insights, and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and an understanding of sales process data.
  • A proactive and curious mindset with a strong passion for using data to drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach), and Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be advantageous
