You’ll play a pivotal role in driving global demand for Pearson’s digital assessment platforms through strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns with clear commercial impact.

The position will be instrumental to the success of Pearson’s marketing initiatives for our global Clinical Assessment Digital Platforms including the Digital Assessment Library, Q-interactive, and Q-global. There will be a heavy focus on marketing efforts in North America, Europe and Australia.
This is a critical role that will work closely with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager of Digital platforms as well as the global clinical core markets marketing team to develop and coordinate new plans and content that provide customer value, generate leads and revenue, and build market awareness of Pearson’s digital assessment solutions to support revenue objectives and key results.
We are seeking a strategic, self-starting marketer to create, execute, and track integrated marketing plans with an eye on adapting plans for local market efforts. This role requires the Campaign Marketing Manager to manage multiple complex projects, coordinate with internal marketing teams and stakeholders, build cross-functional relationships, and analyze results to deliver measurable business outcomes. Candidates must possess the agility to navigate complex, shifting environments while managing a multifaceted scope of work.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leaders in marketing, sales, and product management to deliver measurable business outcomes for our digital assessment platforms in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years marketing experience
Proven success in launching new products/solutions with integrated strategic marketing plans
Experience in K-12 Education or Healthcare market preferred
Expertise in digital marketing campaign development
Proficiency with project management systems (Wrike preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bilingual skills are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
50% Strategic Campaign Marketing Planning
Create, implement, and monitor digital platform marketing plans, campaign plan & budget for product and campaign launches
Adapt value proposition and positioning for new products/solutions (messaging framework, visual identity, and brand strategy)
Collaborate with product and sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
Drive lead and revenue generation through targeted marketing programs
Analyze market trends and recommend growth strategies
Segment and target customers for campaigns
Monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights
Support experiential marketing efforts for virtual and in-person events related to digital platforms
35% Creative Execution of Campaign Deliverables
Develop and drive creative production of digital platform marketing materials, including such items as digital assets, product collateral, sales enablement tools, social media messaging, case studies/success stories, thought leadership content, and all assets of assigned campaigns
Project execution: Daily utilization of Wrike project management system to initiate and manage marketing campaigns from conception to launch, including drafting creative briefs, assigning tasks and setting deadlines, providing creative direction and feedback
Work with the Creative Services team, freelancers, internal subject matter experts, and other vendors as needed to develop approved campaign marketing materials
Develop an appropriate variety of campaign assets to be used in direct marketing and field sales, including international teams, to drive demand via targeted campaigns
10% Relationship Management and Brand Ambassador
Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners
Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned markets and domains
