Salary: Up to £46,000.00 per year FTE (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Specialist Nurse to join their team of staff in the Oncology department.
This is a Part time role for 20 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties Of This Role Include
- Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care within your area of specialism, acting as a clinical expert and role model.
- Support assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients with complex or long-term conditions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and protocols based on national guidelines and best practice.
- Provide education, support, and counselling to patients and families, empowering them to understand and manage their health conditions.
- Act as a key contact for patients, ensuring consistent, coordinated care throughout their treatment journey.
- Signpost to additional services and resources to support holistic care.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
- Registered Nurse (Adult, Child, or Mental Health, depending on specialty) with valid NMC registration.
- Significant post-registration experience in the relevant specialty area.
- Demonstrable specialist knowledge and advanced clinical skills within a defined field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
