This fixed-term role will give you opportunities to work with a varied caseload of patients across different settings, including care homes, domiciliary visits and out-patient clinics, working with both dysphagia and communication.
You will have regular supervision and support from across the team, and will be able to access our weekly Videofluoroscopy clinic for your patients, developing your skills in instrumental assessment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering expert assessment and management for adults with complex communication and swallowing needs, liaising with others in the MDT
- Acting as an autonomous dysphagia practitioner across community settings
- Participating in and shaping clinical supervision, service improvement, and education. Supporting junior SLTs and students as required.
You’ll be working based at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby. Access to transport is essential due to site travel and equipment needs.
