Job Description
This is an opportunity to work on Advance, an exciting stewardship initiative focussed on human rights and social issues, alongside some of the most influential investors and leaders across financial markets. Join a global and motivated Stewardship team that works to deliver substantial real change in our global economy, society and the environment.
This position will work on Advance, which is part of the broader PRI flagship human rights programme and aims to maximize investor collective contribution to the global goal of respect for human rights through their stewardship activities.

Stewardship is one of the most powerful mechanisms by which investors and their agents can contribute to the achievement of the PRI’s mission: the creation of a sustainable financial system that benefits the environment and society as a whole. The role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to work that will encourage and enable PRI signatories to fully realise the potential of stewardship to drive real-world outcomes on topics that are part of the broader human rights agenda.
This role will primarily support the PRI’s stewardship activities on human rights and social issues, with a particular focus on Advance. This is an investor initiative that acts as a platform encompassing a broad range of social issues and that seeks to allow investors to prioritise the most severe human rights risks and outcomes within their stewardship activities.
The role will report into the Head of Stewardship, Human Rights and Social Issues, who oversees Advance.
