We are looking to appoint a new Specialty Doctor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. You will join a team working closely alongside our Consultants and other Specialty Doctors.
The post comprises 10 programmed activities (PAs), which could be modified for a candidate preferring to work 10 PAs or less than full time.
- Day to day running of the labour ward, obstetric wards and gynaecology wards.
- Regular gynaecology theatre sessions with the team consultant
- Running of the ante-natal and gynaecological clinics to participate in the department’s teaching, audit, and educational activities
- Daily ward rounds, inpatient and outpatient management of patients, operating lists and on call.
