This Specialty Doctor post offers 10 sessions per week, with a tailored job plan and opportunities to work across Yeovil District Hospital and community sites serving a population of 600,000. You'll deliver high-quality oral surgery and maxillofacial care across outpatient, day case, and inpatient settings, with potential participation in the second-tier on-call rota depending on experience.
Your role will include managing dento-alveolar surgery, minor trauma, infections, and soft tissue procedures, while supporting trainees and contributing to audit, governance, and service development. You'll also play an active part in postgraduate teaching and research, helping shape the future of the department.
