Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kensington, London for a Specification Sales Manager. The Specification Sales Manager will work closely with architects, designers, and clients to specify and sell Weldon’s range of flooring products. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, meeting with clients, preparing quotes, and managing projects from specification through to installation. The role will also involve collaborative work with the design, production and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in sales, specifically in specification within the construction industry
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of interior design or architectural design is a plus
