This role sits within the Data & Analytics team, they are responsible for delivering the Data Analysis & Management Information needs of Remediation & Regulatory projects & data led automation efficiencies within Compliance and Economic Crime Risk.
As an SQL Developer, you’ll be responsible for setting up the Compliance data capability, enabling a single customer view and creating a framework for the build of future automation solutions.
You’ll engage directly with stakeholders, define requirements and build technical solutions for a variety of different teams across the function.
The difference you’ll make:
- Designing and implementing data solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Providing cost and time estimates for large scale project work.
- Producing technical strategy documents for project governance.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships across functions & internal business areas.
- Reviewing and challenge of data and reporting framework.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive SQL Server experience
- Extensive Data modelling experience
- Experience with optimising new and current database structures
- A Proven track record of automating manual processes
It would also be nice for you to have:
- Data warehousing experience specifically Kimball methodology
- Experience with Data Visualisation tools, preferably Power BI
What else you need to know:
- This is a 12 month seconded role
- This role is based in Milton Keynes

- Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus.
