Mars Pet Nutrition is building digital first, strategic revenue management capabilities to support our purpose of making a better world for pets. A critical pillar of this agenda is the design and global deployment of next generation Trade Promotion Management capabilities.

This role sits at the heart of our Digital transformation, leading the implementation of a scalable, integrated TPM ecosystem across regions. You will shape how digital capabilities enable customer and trade planning, connect end to end commercial processes, and unlock value at scale.

The Role.

As Senior Digital Lead for TPM, you will lead the regional delivery of Mars Pet Nutrition’s digital TPM agenda. You will work across Digital Technologies, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and SRM teams to design, integrate, and deploy fit for purpose TPM solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and quality.

You will program manage TPM delivery across markets, ensure strong change management, and drive adoption of digital ways of working aligned to Mars standards and methodologies. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to influence across a complex global matrix.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership.

• Own and apply the TPM digital vision and tech stack strategy across regions.
• Drive business value through digital, using user centric design, data, automation, and test and learn approaches.
• Bring an external perspective by leveraging industry networks and best practices.

Delivery and transformation.

• Lead delivery of TPM digital solutions aligned to SRM and OGSM priorities.
• Partner closely with Data and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration across design, development, and operations.
• Translate regional business needs into scalable solution designs aligned to global architecture standards.
• Oversee end to end system integration across ERP, finance, supply and demand planning, accruals, claims, and analytics.
• Guide development teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high performing solutions.

Operational excellence

• Ensure strong technology and financial governance with focus on value for money and portfolio simplification.
• Lead optimisation and rationalisation of regional TPM and SRM processes through automation and digital enablement.

People and stakeholder leadership.

• Champion digital capability building and adoption across the region.
• Act as a trusted partner to regional DT and SRM leaders.
• Lead deployment teams across markets, including contractor and matrix managed resources.
• Contribute to and influence broader Mars Global Services DT teams and specialist functions.

What we are looking for

• 5 to 10 years experience in digital technology, software implementation, or large scale transformation roles.
• Proven leadership of TPM or comparable enterprise digital deployments in regional or global environments.
• Strong knowledge of TPM ecosystems including SRM, sales planning, customer claims, finance, and supply chain.
• Excellent program and stakeholder management capability in complex matrix organisations.
