People Manager

EMEA is the growth engine within Adobe, and you will join at an opportune time to drive digital transformation for our clients as well as lead our sales business through transformation growth. As the leader of our Digital Media UKI & Middle East sales divisions you will report to our VP of UKI&MEA, and you will be responsible for consistently growing revenue for our Digital Media business, throughout the region and across a variety of industries!

You will lead an enterprise sales organisation responsible for achieving individual sales targets through the sales of Adobe Digital Media products. The team will work seamlessly in a matrixed environment to ensure alignment on overall go to market goals and objectives, from country to corporate level. You will have a consistent record of growing existing businesses and bring to bear key customer relationships to identify and unlock new market opportunities and in addition, have a strong, trusted network across the UKI&MEA region.

You will have a close working relationship with key managers of the Sales and Marketing teams and Senior Management in the various business units. You will contribute to the development and execution of our strategic go to market plans in support of the identified businesses in region.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the single point of contact and lead Digital Media deals across UKI&MEA
  • Align with the executive leadership team, and key partners, to define differentiated offerings and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead a sustainable and predictable revenue strategy that consistently delivers on, or ahead of, plan
  • Identify, grow and accelerate revenue opportunities within key accounts
  • Optimise day-to-day sales activities and drive engagement that optimise revenue conversion
  • Question the status quo and drive operational excellence
  • Provide input and guidance to global teams around best practices and methodology
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships at senior leadership levels
  • Bring together cross functional teams to enhance commercial opportunities and identify areas of improvement
  • Lead by example, developing C Suite relationships and access to power in deals and accounts.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Strong second line sales management experience.
  • Outstanding influencing, negotiation and commercial skills
  • Validated big deal experience, 8 figure deals, and complex C Suite negotiations
  • Excellent relationship with C Suite executives in many of the UK’s largest companies, across multiple sectors.
  • Consistent track record in leading through others within a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional sales instincts with the ability to tune a sales engine for predictability, linearity and high performance.
  • Evidence of success bringing in new business and ability to optimise and scale existing opportunities.
  • Excellent people leadership skills; ability to influence and drive accountability and ownership at all levels
  • Adept at using data to drive decision making and inspire change
  • Hold diversity, equity, and inclusion at the heart of all you decide, do, and personify.
  • Shown experience in developing and leading a high-performing regional team with a consistent track record of engaging and growing talent to greater responsibility and success.
