Job Title: Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (12 months)
Position Overview
Part of Finance organisation, International FP&A team manages the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes for more than twenty countries across Europe, Middle East, Australia and Canada and many others to come through our International Expansion markets.
Please note that this is a 12-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, FP&A Consolidation International, you will play a key role in supporting the company by helping consolidate the monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial results as well as streamline the consolidation process.
Your main responsibilities will consist of, while not being limited to:
- Reporting Transformation:
Lead the revamp of all financial reporting processes in alignment with the implementation of a new reporting system (SAC) including automation, dashboarding, and standardization of reporting packages. This includes Revenue Model file, Consolidated Forecast Revenue, Strat Plan, OpEx Forecast.
- International Monthly Financial Report:
Consolidate presentation for International Monthly Financial review.
- Country Decks Development:
Design and implement standardized country-specific financial decks to support regional performance reviews and strategic decision-making.
- Corporate Reporting Support/Ad hoc requests:
Collaborate with corporate finance teams to deliver timely and insightful consolidated reports for senior leadership and board-level presentations. Build analysis to answer ad-hoc requests.
Support the annual budgeting, forecasting including strategic plan process.
- International Daily Sales
Provide Daily Sales reporting.
Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key FP&A consolidation and reporting processes. Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and supports onboarding and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience/Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; MBA or CPA/CGMA would be an advantage.
Finance experience required, FP&A one is a distinct advantage with a focus on consolidation and reporting, continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, SAC, Power BI, Tableau).
Proven track record of leading process improvement and transformation projects would be an advantage.
Advanced Excel required. Financial modelling skills and experience with automation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
