Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Intune Engineer to join our Workplace Technology Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern desktop management using Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager, along with automation, imaging, and enterprise-level infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize desktop environments using Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (MCM).
- Build and maintain OS images using Autopilot and Task Sequences.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Azure Runbooks, and Graph API.
- Perform software packaging and deployments.
- Support and enforce desktop architectural standards.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance infrastructure design and implementation.
- Mentor team members and provide Tier 3 support.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in Desktop Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Intune, MCM, OS imaging, and Windows Autopilot.
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, or Python).
- Experience with Azure, AVD, Office 365, and Group Policy.
- Familiar with ITIL, zero-trust security, change management, and cloud services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
