Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative, strategic and hands-on Sr. Content Marketing Executive to join the team at BOSS. You will be responsible for creating compelling content (blogs, social media posts, case studies, website copy) that elevates our brands across multiple business units, drives engagement, generates leads for our recruitment services, and supports our global growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with company growth and brand goals.
Create engaging content across channels: website, blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, and video/audio.
Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted, value-driven content.
Oversee website content through WordPress: update pages, upload blogs, optimise for SEO, and ensure design and messaging consistency.

Track and report on content KPIs, recommending improvements based on results.

Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.

Support national and international events: from promotion and content creation to post-event coverage.

Stay current with industry and recruitment marketing trends, suggesting new content ideas and formats.

Skills & Experience Required:

2+ years’ experience in B2B content marketing, within recruitment, staffing, or technical sectors.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with adaptable tone and voice.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, CMS, email platforms, and SEO fundamentals.
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimise performance.
Proficient in Canva or Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing visual content.
Creative thinker with great organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Desirable: knowledge of marketing automation, LinkedIn advertising, video content, or podcasting. WordPress experience preferred.
