Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to build experiences and services for our business customers as we look to build out the Ring Business Experience focused on delivering value for SMBs. You will build solutions that directly address the unique security and operational needs of our business customers. In this role, you'll thrive on cross-functional collaboration, technical prowess, and a keen business sense—propelling us towards seamless device experiences and raising the bar on performance.
Key job responsibilities
- Organize pre-launch product testing (trials);
- Run customer researches, expert interviews and competitors’ analysis to understand pain points and gaps;
- Define mechanism collect customer feedbacks and translate those feedback into a product roadmap;
- Identify product opportunities to better serve SMB customers, size effort and opportunity, write PRFAQs and BRDs;
- Partner with US Product and Eng team to define the SMB product roadmap for international countries and overseen the development till launch;
- Provide reporting for SMB: deliver weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBR & QBR) to measure performance and guide strategy optimization.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience with end to end product delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
