£160k + bonus (£200k+ total comp)
Hybrid in London

Are you an engineer who loves turning cutting-edge AI into real-world software? I’m looking for Staff AI Engineers to help design, build, and scale AI-powered systems that deliver impact.

This isn’t about training models in a lab—it’s about building robust, production-ready software that brings AI to life for our teams and customers.

What You’ll Work On

Productionising AI & software (50–60%): Architecting and developing backend systems, services, and tools that put AI into action.
AI fundamentals (25%): Leveraging LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and frameworks like LangChain to solve real problems.
Data engineering (20%): Building pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment systems to keep things running smoothly at scale.

What Makes This Role Unique

Hands-on engineering: We need builders—people who can design, code, and ship. Python is our go-to, but they’re open to strong engineers from other stacks.
Short, high-impact projects: Our work is fast-moving, infrastructure-heavy, and designed to deliver value quickly.
Bridging the AI gap: Many of the stakeholders aren’t AI experts. You’ll play a crucial role in making complex systems clear, usable, and practical.
