Statutory Financial Reporting Accountant

Are you an experienced accountant with a strong technical background in IFRS and statutory reporting? We’re looking for a Statutory Financial Reporting Accountant.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare IFRS and AIM-compliant statutory accounts for the Group.
Act as the main point of contact for auditors during year-end and interim audits.
Support the preparation of the Annual Report and investor presentations.
Research and document complex IFRS technical accounting issues.
Update and implement internal accounting policies to align with IFRS and improve controls.
Collaborate with Finance teams across international locations to ensure complete and accurate disclosures.
Support bank covenant reporting and tax planning (e.g., transfer pricing frameworks).
Lead or support special projects and continuous improvements across financial processes.
Including monthly travel to the Isle of Man

🎓 What You’ll Bring

Required:

ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally with experience in a listed environment.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS.
Experience in consolidating financial statements across international locations.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
