Stock Condition Surveyor

Our client is currently recruiting for Stock Condition Surveyors on a 2-month temporary contract based in Lincolnshire.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rates are:

• £28 LTD per survey for Houses
• £20 LTD per survey for Flats

The ideal candidate will have a background in repairs and maintenance or building surveying and also have Stock Condition Surveying experience in social housing properties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately
• Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components
• Recording all information and data on electronic handheld devices
• Liaising and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
• Working in accordance with changing legislations, as well as H&S policies and procedures

Experience required:

• Stock Condition Surveying experience for social housing properties
• Experience booking in appointments to conduct surveys

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Must hold a full UK driving license
