Be part of this ‘once in a generation’ project that will deliver clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will see the creation of a 3.2 Gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast to provide reliable load low-carbon electricity.
The Civil Works Alliance is an extended delivery enterprise involving Sizewell C and three international construction companies: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O’Rourke.

What you'll be doing
The Stores Assistant role will support the CWA by taking responsibility for maintaining administration tasks including but not limited to collection of deliveries, welcoming new starters, coordinating diaries and supporting stores activities as required whilst monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Undertake general office administration duties including control of all mail, co-ordinating diaries,
processing and maintaining personnel records including vulnerable assets such as mobile
telephones; make necessary returns. Control Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the team.
- Ensuring that IT equipment and other relevant postal deliveries are stored safely and to-hand when
they are ready for collection.
- Organise meetings and the production, collation and dissemination of documentation for and resulting
from them. Take minutes when required and follow up actions from the meeting.
- Provide a consistent presence on behalf of the team delivering excellent customer service levels.
Provide communications to the team, including sending messages as required.
- Maintain an efficient electronic filing system paying particular attention to records of standing meetings,
statutory records, and approvals.
- Utilise financial and procurement systems and act as Local Purchasing Agent (where directed) by
Ordering Stationery And Other Office Consumables As Required.
- Report team problems e.g. IT and office facilities and monitor response.
- Act as a central point of contact for the team, ensuring efficient communication flows both within the
team and with external stakeholders. Relay important information, updates, and announcements.
