About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Head of Spares and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, optimize inventory management, and maximize sales opportunities within your assigned accounts to achieve revenue and market share growth.
Your responsibilities will include strategic account management, developing accurate full-year forecasts, and collaborating with the Supply Chain team to meet customer requirements. You will ensure that customer terms and support plans are delivered in line with trading plans and budget growth objectives.
You will also work with planning, marketing, product management, and operations to develop and execute account strategies aligned with Baxi’s overall objectives and those of our strategic partners. Additionally, you will analyze new growth opportunities, including potential strategic accounts, and prepare business cases for review and approval.
