Strategic Business Analyst
Up to £65,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)
Manchester city centre (hybrid)
We're looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to join our Transformation team in Manchester. In this role, you'll play a key part in turning big ideas into real change. You'll interpret business strategies and existing capabilities from across Co-op and translate them into clear, traceable requirements and process designs that make a real difference to our members, colleagues, and communities.
Why this role matters
As a Strategic Business Analyst at Co-op, you'll be aligned to a portfolio of change within a key area of our business. From there, you'll connect strategic outcomes, project scope, and analysis work packages. We'll then look to you to oversee more detailed analysis carried out by Business Analyst colleagues working across a portfolio of change and delivery.
Ultimately, you'll make sure our strategic plans are translated into detailed, practical steps that lead to successful projects, so the changes we deliver truly support our ambitions.
