Your Career:
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of strategic marketing initiatives that directly drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue. You’ll lead the development and delivery of high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns that engage key accounts and market segments across our full suite of products and services. With a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you’ll bring fresh thinking to how we target, attract, and convert high-value prospects. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a tangible difference to business growth while shaping the future of strategic marketing at MHR.
Your Team:
You’ll be part of a passionate and forward-thinking Strategic Marketing team, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, and the wider Marketing department. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do — from planning and aligning on go-to-market activity to sharing insights and results. You’ll also work cross-functionally to raise awareness of marketing’s role across the business, ensuring we remain aligned and effective in how we support commercial outcomes.
Your Impact:
In this role, you’ll define and execute campaign strategies that drive measurable results for MHR’s most important markets. You’ll use a mix of existing tools and innovative new approaches to target key accounts, generate leads, and build meaningful engagement. Your work will help strengthen MHR’s position as a trusted leader in its space, delivering strategic marketing programmes that support pipeline growth, account expansion, and long-term brand reputation. You’ll also play a central role in ensuring our campaigns are aligned across the business, reviewed for effectiveness, and continuously improved to maximise return on investment.
