Strategic People Partner - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

At Anchor, we’re looking for a Strategic People Partner to join our passionate People Directorate and work closely with senior leaders to shape the future of our services. About the Role

This is a high-impact, business-partnering role aligned to our Central Support function. You’ll act as the strategic interface between the People function and the business - driving workforce planning, people data insights, organisational change, and performance management.

You'll:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people-focused strategic outcomes
• Lead and support on organisational design, TUPE, restructures, and transformation projects
• Translate people data into meaningful insights and action
• Champion performance, retention, and engagement initiatives
• Connect business needs with HR centrers of expertise (e.g., L&D, ER, Resourcing)

What We’re Looking for

• Proven experience in a senior HR/People Business Partnering role
• Commercial and/or regulated sector background (care, retail, hospitality ideal)
• Strong influencing and communication skills at senior levels
• Analytical mindset, confident with interpreting people data
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
