About the role:
The Strategic Relationship Builder we are looking for will advance the company's growth by identifying, developing and pursuing business opportunities. You'll need to be able to build strong relationships, have a thirst for knowledge, and ability to plan strategically to execute sales pitches to unlock deals. This role will play a crucial part in positioning the company for long-term success within a project-based business environment.
It's a fast-paced, high energy team, operating in a professional environment and the Strategic Relationship Builder we’re looking for needs to be proactive, organised and flexible, with a passion for networking with others in the market to unlock deals. You'll need to have experience in face-to-face selling and an understanding of how to build long-term trusted relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, lead generation and developing business opportunities.
Being part of the team that is at the top of our pipeline identifying, qualifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, you’ll need to believe deeply in the CRM as the ‘single source of truth’, and fully embrace the processes and administrative support provided. This role includes spending 2 or 3 days a week out in London, meeting key persons in the market.
