Strategic Operations Manager – Online Food Delivery Platform

We’re looking for a highly commercial, strategic thinker to help scale our merchant operations and strengthen our value proposition for restaurant merchants.

What you’ll do:

Drive merchant product & service partnerships
Manage internal and external partnerships and lead cross-functional projects
Improve restaurant experience: order accuracy, prep times, communication, refunds & disputes.
Use data & performance metrics to deliver insights, models, dashboards, and prioritisation guidance.

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years commercial experience (strategy, ops, consulting) in fast-paced tech, FMCG, or marketplaces.
Strong ownership mindset with experience building clear roadmaps, OKRs & playbooks.
Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
Analytical proficiency in Excel modelling and basic understanding of SQL

Details:

Day rate: £180 PAYE
Hybrid: 3 days (HQ central London)
Contract: 6 months
