Strategy and Planning Senior Manager

The newly formed Strategic Planning and Performance team is central to delivering this vision, supporting long-term planning and aligning key initiatives across the business.

As Senior Manager, Strategic Planning, you will provide strategic insights and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team. You will play a key role in aligning organisation-wide strategy, supporting transformational change, and driving coherence across scientific, advisory, and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cross-functional strategic plans aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals
• Support the executive team in setting and refining organisational strategy and priorities
• Align strategies across scientific, operational, and enabling functions to ensure coherence and impact
• Lead the design and rollout of frameworks and tools to embed strategy into day-to-day operations
• Drive specific strategic initiatives such as ESG and major change programmes

Requirements:

• Degree or master’s level qualification in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APMP) are desirable
• Experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector is essential
• Experience in a strategy or management consulting environment is an advantage
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value operational plans
