- Strong communication skills with experience facilitating workshops and delivering presentations.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset – comfortable with ambiguity and open to sharing ideas.
Why Join Us
- Salary: up to £50,000, dependent on experience.
- Generous bonus scheme
- Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in our London office.
- 25 days' annual leave + UK bank holidays + your birthday off.
- 6 paid volunteering days each year to make an impact outside of work.
- Private medical insurance from day one, plus access to 24/7 Employee Assistance.
- Enhanced parental leave and a flexible, growth-focused culture.
- Learning & Development embedded into team culture, including monthly L&D sessions led by team members or guest speakers.
