Work side by side with global, cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategies that transform businesses and drive real impact for our clients across industries: Resources, Products, H&PS, Financial Services and CMT.
Lead strategic engagements from problem framing and analysis to solution design and implementation.
Advise senior executives and stakeholders, delivering insights that shape critical business decisions.
Bring fresh thinking and creativity to projects, helping clients shape bold visions and execute change with confidence.
Assess and solve complex client challenges in pricing and commercial strategy, identifying opportunities for value creation.
Develop and optimize pricing strategies, monetization models, customer segmentation, and portfolio structures to drive profitability.
Work with Price Management and CPQ platforms, data visualization, and Accenture AI-based tools to design and implement solutions.
Apply data-driven insights, digital tools, and AI solutions to accelerate decision-making and innovation.
Create high-impact deliverables such as C-suite presentations, strategic roadmaps, and action-oriented playbooks.

Your responsibilities as a technology operating model manager will include:
Partner with technology and business leaders to architect “how” technology functions unlock business value and agility through the right operating model blueprint
Co-creating a client’s Technology Operating Model vision, strategy and design – from initial product and platform structures to organisation, governance and process designs
Shaping value cases to articulate the case for change
Shaping implementation approaches and roadmaps, ensuring alignment to wider business objectives
Staying abreast of industry dynamics and the impact of trends on an organisation, to identify and formulate the need for new capabilities and operating model changes
Advising on, designing and implementing modern engineering capabilities including Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Automation, Data & AI and Cloud
Conducting Agile and modern engineering maturity assessments to identify opportunities to improve quality, consistency and speed to market
Developing recommendations and translating them into actionable roadmaps for complex and large technology transformations using Lean and Agile enterprise principles
Supporting the creation of methods and processes by area / technology function, to embed new ways of working
Providing insights to clients on common pitfalls during operating model transformation and devising appropriate risk mitigation strategies
Leading and coaching client teams in adopting new operating models and engineering practices
Leading and coaching junior team members
PRIORITY SKILL:
Strategy Consulting – previous experience in Pricing and preferably at least one or more of the following areas: Industry Strategy (e.g., Resources, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Defense, etc.), Corporate Strategy & Growth, Cost & Profitability Reinvention, Operating Model & Organization Design, Transaction Advisory (M&A) or Sustainability.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
A strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
4+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles. In selected cases, the target role or level may be adjusted based on relevant experience and skills exceeding this requirement.
Experience with Pricing Management or CPQ software welcomed.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data and insights into clear recommendations.
Curiosity and drive to work across different strategy topics - whether growth, operating models, cost transformation, transactions, industry-specific challenges, or sustainability.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects or workstreams, delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
Familiarity with strategy frameworks, consulting methodologies, and digital/AI-enabled approaches to solving business challenges.
A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, able to thrive in multicultural and cross-border teams.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German and other European languages are highly valued.
Flexibility to travel and work on client sites when needed, embracing the variety and dynamism of strategy consulting.
