We are looking for a Strategy & Insights Manager to join the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence team on a 12-month secondment/fixed-term contract basis.
About The Role
This role is designed for a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about shaping the future of talent, development and coaching. Sitting within the Strategy & Insights team in the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence (TD&C CoE), you will work across five core areas - data, insights and impact; strategy and thought leadership; research and innovation; CoE wide operational excellence; and scoping and facilitation - to deliver high-quality, data-informed, and future-focused TD&C experiences for our people.
You will be part of a team that brings creativity, rigour and market insight to the design and governance of our TD&C portfolio, ensuring our offering is innovative, impactful and aligned to the firm’s strategic priorities.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- You will facilitate collaborative workshops to define business needs and desired learning outcomes. Translate these insights into comprehensive, high-quality documentation (e.g. investment proposals and program playbooks) to support strategic decision-making processes.
- You will contribute to the evolution of internal design methodologies, processes, and upskilling of team members. You will collaborate with the rest of the CoE to ensure seamless transition from scoping through to delivery. Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders to share insights and best practice.
- You will champion the use of evaluation methodologies to measure the impact and ROI of learning interventions. Promote data literacy and enable informed decision-making through data analysis and visualisation for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and supplier capabilities. Drive innovation and support testing and risk assessment of new tools, suppliers and approaches. Contribute to the research and development of thought leadership and help build the team’s external presence.
This Role Is For You If
- Strategic Thinking: You can align TD&C initiatives with business priorities and anticipate future capability needs.
- Innovation & Curiosity: You bring fresh thinking, conduct research, explore new approaches and champion experimentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You build trust and influence across diverse stakeholder groups, adapting communication style as needed.
- Project Planning & Delivery: You apply structured planning and project management to deliver high-quality outcomes and deliverables on time.
- Data Analysis & Visualisation: You synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and communicate impact.
- Collaboration & Coaching: You work effectively in cross-functional teams and support others to build capability and confidence.
- Creative Facilitation: You design and lead inclusive, outcome-driven workshops that unlock ideas and align stakeholders.
