Mode of working: Hybrid (3 Days in the Office)

Duration: 12+ Months contract initially

• 5+ years’ experience in strategy, operations, or business management, ideally within a tech or fast-paced corporate environment
• Experience in Sales & Operations Strategy, Marketing Operations, or Enablement roles
• Proven track record of end-to-end process ownership – from analysis to implementation
• Comfortable working with high budgets and working with finance partners for forecasting and data analysis
• Exposure to stakeholder management at senior leadership/VP level

Core Skills:

• Data analysis & insights generation – ability to track OKRs, analyze trends, and derive actionable recommendations
• Operations & process management – experienced in streamlining workflows, managing headcount, and coordinating multi-team efforts
• Executive communications – confident in drafting comms, preparing newsletters, and supporting leadership (VP-level) communications

Tools & Technical Skills:

• Intermediate Google Sheets/Excel
• Familiarity with AI tools (desirable but not mandatory)

• Highly process-oriented and detail-driven
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable handling ad hoc tasks and shifting priorities
• Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working independently

Preferred Background

• Experience in HR-related enablement or Go-to-Market support
