About The Role

We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help us solve the most complex and high-impact problems in the UK Wealth and Trading business. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning strategy into execution, and is ready to roll up their sleeves across everything from wealth management and trading operations to market-making infrastructure.
You’ll work at the heart of the UK Trading business, thinking strategically about how our operations scale in line with regulatory requirements, where we allocate resources, how we integrate new technologies, and how to position our Wealth and Trading offerings for long-term success within the wider Revolut ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and optimising scalable, data-driven operational processes
- Aligning processes with long-term strategic and regulatory goals
- Leading and executing end-to-end infrastructure and operations initiatives
- Driving efficiency, impact, and cross-functional integration
- Defining project priorities and setting timelines based on data and business impact
- Ensuring alignment with organisational goals to deliver operational excellence
- Identifying and launching new features in line with regulatory requirements
- Improving service delivery and operational performance through innovation
- Managing critical operational processes and vendor relationships
- Building tracking systems to ensure scalability, risk management, and accountability
- Aligning wealth and trading operations with company-wide objectives
- Ensuring cross-functional integration, compliance, and scalability
What You'll Need
- A 2:1 degree from a top university
- 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, including roles within regulated businesses.
- Knowledge of investments, wealth management, or trading products
- Proficiency in extracting and analysing data using SQL
- A proven track record of owning and leading complex projects end to end
- An analytical mindset to break down complex problems and work effectively with data
- An Interest in driving business impact through data-driven solutions
- A genuine interest in the financial industry
