**Calling all Structural Engineers**

Due to continued growth we require a motivated and highly experienced Chartered Structural Engineer to join our design team.
In this role you will be managing your own structural projects, working directly with clients and the senior management team to deliver high quality off-site construction projects.
The Ideal candidate would have a background in the MMC industry working with Steel Framing and Timber panels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design structural systems for a variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare and Commercial using materials such as steel, concrete, and timber.
* Perform structural analysis to assess the strength, stability, and rigidity of structures under various loads and conditions.
* Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation using industry-standard software and tools.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and identify any issues requiring resolution.
* Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
* Collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project plans.
* Provide technical guidance and input during the planning and construction phases to support project delivery.
* Identify and assess potential structural risks and recommend improvements or modifications as needed.
It is essential that you are able to work autonomously, attending site meetings and providing a consultative service to our clients. Technically you will have a knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards, and you will be proficient in AutoCad and Tekla. Any experience of Tedds or Smart Engineer software is highly desirable.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Structural Engineer, looking to become a key player within a rapidly growing company.
