The Firm

Our client is a market-leading international law firm with a highly ranked Securitisation/Structured Finance practice in London. The team continues to see strong growth, driven by a high volume of complex, first of its kind and innovative transactions, and is looking to hire Structured Finance Associates to support its expanding practice.

The practice advises a broad client base across both borrowers and lenders on bespoke securitisations, often working on market defining mandates. The culture is high-performing, collaborative and inclusive, offering excellent exposure and clear paths for long-term development and progression.

The Role

As a Structured Finance Associate, you will:

Advise on UK and cross-border securitisation and structured finance transactions, including public and private securitisations, warehouse facilities and portfolio transactions
Work across a broad range of traditional and innovative asset classes
Draft and negotiate key transaction documentation and support (and increasingly lead) complex matters
Work closely with partners and clients on high-value, market-facing deals, with scope for early responsibility and client contact

This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions and the opportunity to develop within a leading structured finance practice.

Your Profile

Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) in England Wales OR a Common Law jurisdiction
Be between 1–5PQE
Experience in securitisation and/or structured finance OR a generalist banking background
Exposure to high value, complex and multijurisdictional deals
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
