What You'll Do
- Provide expert advice and support to students on all aspects of student funding.
- Assist students with their enquiries and guide them through the funding application process.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records to ensure efficient processing of applications and payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with our funding team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all students.
Requirements
- (SCQF level 6) Higher Standard
- A proactive and supportive approach of dealing with the public/customers
- Excellent interpersonal, numeracy and communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organisation abilities.
