Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent

As a Student Services Officer (SSO), you will be a vital part of the Student and Academic Services Team, dedicated to supporting the student life cycle at BPC. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including guiding current students through accommodation queries, facilitating student registration, and implementing essential attendance monitoring processes. Your expertise will shine as you lead supportive initiatives like the Compass programme, ensuring every undergraduate and postgraduate feels valued and heard. With a commitment to delivering a stellar service, you will help foster an inspiring environment for learners to thrive.

Student Services Officer (SSO) Requirements:

1. A Level or equivalent qualification, with preference for an undergraduate degree
2. Relevant work experience in administrative or customer service roles
3. Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
4. Proven ability to maintain high accuracy standards
5. Knowledge of UK Visas and Immigration regulations (desirable)
