What Youll Be Doing
No two days will be the same! Youll play a key role in helping us keep our students and staff happy by:
- Monitoring and responding to staff and student enquiries, making sure everyone gets the right support quickly.
- Designing and keeping track of simple systems that help us understand whats working and what could be better.
- Collecting and analysing feedback from students and employers through surveys and focus groups.
- Sharing your findings with managers to help shape improvements across the College.
- Supporting exciting projects that improve the student experience and documenting how we work.
- Being a friendly, professional point of contact during various events such as open days.
- Helping manage complaints and appeals, working with managers to resolve issues fairly and quickly.
- Creating You Said, We Did materials so learners can see how their voice makes a difference.

- Curious and eager to learn.
