About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Studio Assistant tosupport the smooth day-to-day running of our London studio in Kentish Town. This full-time, office-based role is essential in ensuring the space is welcoming, well-maintained and efficiently run for our team and guests.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things organised, has great attention to detail, and enjoys supporting a friendly and creative office environment. An interest or involvement in theatre or the performing arts would be a distinct advantage.
Your Skills Youre Someone Who Can
- Welcome visitors, clients and contractors professionally and manage incoming calls and deliveries
- Provide general support to directors and the studio principal in the day-to-day management of the office
- Undertake administrative tasks using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Maintain kitchen and meeting room supplies, keeping the fridge and tea cupboard stocked and serving drinks for guests and meetings
- Coordinate lunch orders for staff meetings and visiting clients
- Liaise with cleaners, contractors and maintenance suppliers
- Monitor and manage office keys, security systems and alarm servicing
- Monitor mail and packages and replenish stationery and photocopier supplies
- Maintain a tidy and professional working environment for all staff and visitors.
YourExperience Youll Have
- Previous experience in an administrative, front-of-house, or office management role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A friendly, helpful and proactive attitude
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proof of the legal right to work in the UK.
Valued You May Have
- Previous experience working in a creative or design studio environment
- Basic knowledge of health and safety or facilities procedures
- An interest or involvement in theatre or the performing arts.
Employment details
This is a full-time, permanent position for 40 hours per week, based entirely in our London office in Kentish Town. Working hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
Salary
£27,000 - £31,000 dependent on experience.
