Store Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Success Manager to lead on excellent customer service and operations in our newly launched tailoring studios in Stratford and White City. This senior role is ideal for someone who combines strong retail leadership with practical tailoring expertise and a passion for exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone to join us with an immediate start.

Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per year, dependent on experience

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years’ retail experience, ideally in a management or senior supervisory role
• At least 3 years’ experience in tailoring, pattern cutting, or garment construction
• Confident in pinning customers for alterations and inspecting garments for repairs
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams
• Strong operational and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Resilient and resourceful, able to adapt quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for quality craftsmanship and delivering excellent customer experiences

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of tailors to ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations
• Pin customers for alterations and inspect garments for repairs when required
• Oversee order fulfilment for new and existing partners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain quality control standards across all garments and services
• Monitor and report key performance metrics to HQ
• Coordinate order flow between studios to optimise operations
• Ensure outstanding customer service at every stage of the client journey
