SuccessFactors Configuration & Solutions Manager - Manchester/London

Salary - Up to £80K (Plus Car Allowance & Bonus)

I'm partnering with an industry leading consultancy as they're looking for a SuccessFactors Configuration & Solutions Manager to establish a brand-new capability within the business.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level, working on the firm's largest global technology investment. You'll step into a pipeline of high-profile projects and become the second hire in this growing team, shaping its direction from day one.

With this being a brand new practice, the role won't have the typical "red tape" other divisions do. You'll get an opportunity to define the GTM, practice & USP in the marketplace.

We're looking for a Solution Lead who is passionate about shaping processes, configuring innovative SuccessFactors capabilities, and driving complex integrations and data migrations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful, technology-driven transformation.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis from either the Manchester or London office, with occasional client visits required.
