SunSystems Product Analyst / Systems Administrator
£50,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)
London (hybrid)
SystemsAccountants are working with a leading organisation in the insurance industry who are looking to bring on an Infor SunSystems Administrator to join their Finance Systems team. This Product Analyst will assist in delivering key system products that support the overall finance function, helping improve the Finance team’s ability to produce high-quality outputs as efficiently as possible, while ensuring systems remain secure and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Finance stakeholders to assist with system updates, fixes, and implementation of new functionality/solutions.
- Record all defects, incidents, and changes with the appropriate evidence; assist with configuring system updates and troubleshooting.
- Maintain product query and resolution logs.
- Assist in managing and developing data integrations from other systems.
- Liaise with system vendors to resolve functional queries and system performance issues.
- Support the vendor management process for relevant products.
- Maintain high standards of security controls, evidencing effective operation for audits.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding for finance systems.
- Engage with product users across the business and participate in user groups.
- Maintain key reference data within finance systems.
- Identify and support improvements to finance systems to enhance quality, reduce complexity, and improve user experience.
- Deliver end-user training.
- Assist with systems testing following software updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working with Infor SunSystems.
- Experience with Infor SunSystems 6.4 Edition
- Experience with SAP Concur for expenses also beneficial
- Strong knowledge of finance operations and experience in data management/reporting.
- Proven track record of using finance systems to improve processes and solve complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to all stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business teams and levels.
- Willingness to learn the company’s finance systems and processes.
- Experience working in a global organisation.
- Experience in a SOX-regulated environment (preferred).
- Accounting knowledge (preferred).
- Confidence in working with third-party vendors.
