What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding service across café operations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the venues, maintaining high standards of presentation and customer care.
- Assist with training, rota planning, and stock control.
- Be a key point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring every experience is memorable.
- Barista experience is essential – you’ll be hands-on in café operations and expected to lead by example.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality or events.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work across different venues if needed.
