We are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our Motor Damage team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional or team leader with a strong background in motor claims, looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and forward-thinking firm
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of fee earners handling a caseload of motor damage claims (credit hire, vehicle damage, etc.)
- Monitor performance, conduct file reviews, and provide ongoing support and training
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards
- Manage complex or high-value claims as needed, providing strategic input and technical oversight
- Liaise with insurers, clients, and third-party representatives to ensure efficient resolution of matters
- Drive operational improvements and support business initiatives
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Proven experience in motor damage claims handling (credit hire/loss recovery experience is highly desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a legal or claims environment
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and CPR rules
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to team development, quality, and client service
- Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office
