We are currently looking to recruit a Motor Recoveries Supervisor to join our growing Recoveries team in either Liverpool or Manchester.
As a Supervisor in Motor Recoveries, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the team. You’ll oversee a team of fee earners handling recovery claims, support performance targets, and ensure high standards of service delivery to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their legal operations or motor claims career with a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of recoveries fee earners.
- Manage workload allocation and ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
- Monitor and report on performance, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Assist with training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a point of contact for technical queries and complex case escalations.
- Contribute to process improvements and client relationship management.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Experience in motor recoveries, insurance litigation, or debt recovery, ideally in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of credit hire, liability, and recoveries processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead by example and support others in achieving targets.
- Client-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
