We're looking for a Supervisor to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham.

Location: Birmingham, site-based 5 days per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time – 40 hours per week
Salary: £36,500 – £42,000 + £5,000 annual car allowance + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As a Supervisor, you'll take an active role in managing and supporting our arboriculture team, ensuring safe, efficient operations on-site and delivering a high standard of service.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Supervisor, you'll take an active role in managing and supporting our arboriculture team, ensuring safe, efficient operations on-site and delivering a high standard of service.
Day-to-day, You Will
- Coordinate with planning teams to schedule workloads across the planting season
- Conduct on-site safety inspections and enforce compliance
- Respond to emergency calls and organise response teams
- Audit Category 1 enquiries to ensure targets are achieved and records are accurate
- Deliver daily task briefings, toolbox talks (TBTs), and manage relevant permits
This Supervisor Role Is Ideal If You Have
- Previous experience in a supervisory role with a track record of meeting KPIs
- A solid understanding of COSHH regulations
- SMSTS certification
