Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role located in City Of Bristol for a Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain store standards. Other duties include training new employees, handling customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting store promotional activities.

- Supervisory, Leadership, and Team Management skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
- Sales and Inventory Management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in retail management is a plus
