Bvlgari UK is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor for our Selfridges Manchester Boutique specializing in jewelry and watches. The Selling Supervisor is responsible for developing the store business through coaching, training, and supporting the Client Advisors. They act as a role model, ensuring a strong client experience and optimizing sales performance. This role provides enhanced responsibilities compared to a Client Advisor.
Job Responsibilities
Local Sales Initiatives
- Drive store sales by setting the example in personal client engagement, selling techniques, and KPIs.
Team Supervision
- Act as a mentor and reference point for Client Advisors, with oversight on product launches, client experience, and Store KPIs.
- Assist Deputy and Store Manager in day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and performance evaluation.
Client Experience
- Support the team in delivering excellence in client experience across all touchpoints.
Product & Process Excellence
- Maintain deep product knowledge and support the team in product-related tasks (e.g., launches, VM, replenishment, stock management).
Profile
